Kohl’s prides itself on having the very first in-house branded credit card in retail with an extremely loyal customer base. This forced migration to a Visa-branded credit card was seen as high risk for potential negative customer sentiment. I created an email sequence, landing page, and FAQ that focused heavily on the expanded earning potential for Kohl’s Cash. Customers needed to know this was the same card they know and love, just better.
