The Kohl's Customer Service team managed a help site with over 200 pages of topics. We implemented a site redesign, which improved searchability and condensed the 200 pages to only 20 FAQs and 56 pages. Customers can now easily find the page relevant to their specific issue with improved meta tags and keywords in an expanded search bar option.
